Griffith Park Observatory

Visited Griffith Park Observatory which has recently been restored, including its magnificent Hugo Ballin ceiling in the main rotunda. It's amazing how much planetarium shows have changed over the years, now they're more like IMAX movies.

Saw this skinny guy on the way down the mountain. I swear he would have come right up to the car if we had food, probably not a good idea.

As you can see, the weather was spectacular.. unlike this June Gloom we're having in NJ.
